Great start!Even as we have been taking time to get to know each other, the students in Comm Arts began their work this week with a bang. Each student has set yearlong goals for him or herself, in this class and in general, and we've already gotten started on new vocabulary.
We took some time to explore our textbook, finding some old favorites and some new material that appears promising. We ended the week with an introduction to the discussion that we will be continuing over the next few weeks: how does literature work to help us represent the reality we live in?
